01. Order & agreement

By placing an order with ShadowGrid5-S you agree to these terms. The agreement is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.

02. Delivery & ownership

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. If delivery is delayed, you will be informed. If delivery does not take place within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.

The risk of the products transfers to the buyer at the moment of delivery. The products remain the property of ShadowGrid5-S until full payment has been received.

03. Payment

Payment is made via the offered payment methods. For business customers (B2B), payment by invoice is possible with a payment term of 14 days. In case of late payment, we are entitled to charge statutory interest.

04. Right of withdrawal (returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.

After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount including shipping costs.

To exercise this right, please contact us via mail@shadowgrid5-s.nl.

The costs for returning the product are borne by the buyer. Where reasonably possible, the product should be returned in its original condition and packaging.

05. Use & liability

ShadowGrid5-S is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or by not following the provided safety instructions.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, unless there is intent, gross negligence, or mandatory legal obligations.

06. Warranty

ShadowGrid5-S guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
