When you order a Starter Pack, Workshop Pack, or Pro Pack, we process the following data to ensure delivery:

• / Payment data via secure providers (Mollie/iDEAL)
• / IP address & browsing behavior (anonymized via GA4)

03. Purpose & legal basis

We process this data based on the performance of the purchase agreement and legal obligations (such as the tax retention period of 7 years).

Your contact details are used to keep you informed about your order and for any aftercare related to your ShadowGrid system.
